This handstand workshop is perfect for anyone on their handstand journey. Beginngers will work towards kicking up on the wall and finding their handstands shape. More experienced students will dive deeper into technique and skill building for moreexperienced handbalancers. We will cover drills working towards one arm handstands, press handstands, work on passing through and experiment with new shapes and more.
